Client Portal Login Instructions
Log into the Client Portal
Purpose - The client portal provides a secure platform for clients to access their information, complete required forms, and stay connected with their care team throughout their care experience.
Practice Prerequisites
Before a client can log in:
- The client must already exist in the Quilted EHR
- The practice must send the Welcome Email to the client to begin the login process
⚠️ Important: Do not send the practice’s production link directly to clients.
Steps for Clients to Log In to the Client Portal
1. Locate the Welcome Email
Clients should check their email inbox for a message titled: “Welcome to Quilted Health EHR.”
2. Click Complete Registration
This button directs the client to the first-time login page where they will create their portal account.
Client Portal First-Time Login Page: Field Details
Upon first access, the client is prompted to create account credentials, the page includes the following required fields:
- Email - Client enters their email address
- First Name - Client enters their legal first name
- Last Name - Client enters their legal last name
The client creates a password that meets all required criteria:
- 8+ characters
- One number
- One lowercase letter
- One uppercase letter
- One special symbol
Confirm Password
The client re-enters the newly created password to confirm it matches.
Identity Verification
- Date of Birth (DOB)
The client enters their date of birth for verification - Mobile Phone
The client enters their mobile phone number for communication
After all fields are completed, the client selects Create Account
Logging In After Account Creation
After the account is created:
- The client is prompted to log into the EHR using their email address
- The client is then prompted to enter the password they just created
Accessing Forms and the Client Portal
- Once successfully logged in, the client will immediately receive all required documents configured by the practice (e.g., consent forms, intake forms).
- After completing the forms, the system will direct the client automatically to the main Client Portal Home page.
