How to Create Welcome Email 

Purpose - Send a welcome email inviting the client to access the Client Portal

Prerequisite

The client must already exist in the EHR before a Welcome Email can be created or sent.


Steps to Creating a Welcome Email 

  • Go to the Client List
  • Navigate to the Clients Page of the EHR where all active clients are listed
  • Find the client you want to invite
  • On the far right under Settings, click the gear icon (⚙️)
  • Select "Send Welcome Email”

  • Choose Send Welcome Email
  • A Welcome Email window will open. You may enter a personal message to include with the invitation. This note is optional
  • Send the Email - Click Send Email in the upper right corner to deliver the invitation

The client will receive an email with a link to create their password and log into the Client Portal.  Here is a sample of the email the client receive.
