How to Edit, or Delete an Appointment or Event on the Calendar 


Steps to Edit or Delete an Appointment or Event

  1. Open Schedule, from the main menu on the left, click Schedule
  2. Switch to the Schedules Tab, at the top of the page, you will see two options:
  • Calendar
  • Schedules
  1. Click Calendar

To Edit an Appointment

  1. Locate the Appointment, find the appointment you want to update on the calendar 
  2. Click on the Appointment, a pop-up window will appear showing the following:
  • Appointment type and client name
  • Date and time
  • Assigned providers
  1. Click the Edit (pencil icon)
  1. Update the details as needed:
    • Client – Change the client if needed
    • Select Provider – Assign or change the provider
    • Start Time – Update the date and/or time
  2. ⚠️ Note: Schedule and Appointment Type fields are locked and cannot be changed once the appointment is created. 
  3. Click Update to save your changes.

To Delete an Appointment

  1. Locate the Appointment, find the appointment you want to update on the calendar 
  2. Click on the Appointment, a pop-up window will appear showing the following:
  • Appointment type and client name
  • Date and time
  • Assigned providers
  1. Select Delete – In the pop-up window, click the Delete (trash can) icon
  2. Why cancel? Provide a Reason from the drop-down, select a reason for cancelling
  3. Click Cancel Appointment
