How to Delete Provider Hours
Steps to Delete Provider Hours
- Open Settings, from the main menu on the left, click Settings
- Go to Location Hours, in the Settings menu, scroll down and select Location Hours (look for the building icon)
- Find the Provider Hours, locate the row of the Provider Hours you want to delete.
- Open the Actions Menu, on the right side of that row, under the Action header, click the three dots (⋮) menu.
- Delete the Hours, select Delete.
- Confirm Deletion
- A confirmation prompt will appear with the message:“Deleting this location hours might affect your appointments and schedules.”
- Choose one of the following:
- Cancel – if you don’t want to proceed
- Yes, Delete – to confirm deletion
- If Yes, Delete is selected, the provider will be removed from the list
