How to Delete Provider Hours


Steps to Delete Provider Hours

  1. Open Settings, from the main menu on the left, click Settings
  2. Go to Location Hours, in the Settings menu, scroll down and select Location Hours (look for the building icon)
  3. Find the Provider Hours, locate the row of the Provider Hours you want to delete.
  4. Open the Actions Menu, on the right side of that row, under the Action header, click the three dots (⋮) menu.
  5. Delete the Hours, select Delete.
  6. Confirm Deletion
    • A confirmation prompt will appear with the message:“Deleting this location hours might affect your appointments and schedules.”
    • Choose one of the following:
      1. Cancel – if you don’t want to proceed
      2. Yes, Delete – to confirm deletion
  7. If Yes, Delete is selected, the provider will be removed from the list
