Location Hours (Settings Tab)
How to Create Location Hours
Purpose - Setting the operating times so the system knows exactly when the office and/or site is open for business.
Steps to Create Location Hours
- From the main menu on the left, click Settings
- In the Settings menu, scroll down and select Location Hours (icon with a building)
- Select + Add Location Hours
- ⚠️ For the purpose of the pilot, the + Add Location Hours option will be disabled. The EHR Administrators ( ehrsupport@quiltedhealth.com) will enter this information on behalf of the Practice.
- Select + Add Location Hours
- Enter Location Information
- Location: Type the name of the office (e.g., Maryland Office)
- ⚠️ For the purpose of the pilot, the + Add Location Hours option will be disabled. The EHR Administrators (ehrsupport@quiltedhealth.com) will enter this information on behalf of the Practice.
- Timezone: Choose the correct timezone from the dropdown (e.g., Eastern Time – New York).
- Location: Type the name of the office (e.g., Maryland Office)
- Set Hours of Operation
- Use the toggle switch next to each day to activate or deactivate hours for that day.
- Once toggled on, the time fields for that day will appear and become editable.
- Customize Hours
- Enter the opening and closing times (e.g., 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM).
- To add multiple time ranges in a single day (for lunch breaks or split shifts), click the + symbol.
- Example:
- Monday: 08:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Monday: 01:00 PM – 06:00 PM
- Save Changes
- Once all times are entered, click Add to save your updates.
